What documents do I need to pick up my rental car at the airport terminal?

Upon arrival at any major hub listed on Airports.com.tr, you must present a valid passport, a driver's license from your home country, and a physical credit card in the main driver's name to process the security deposit.

How are HGS (Highway Tolls) and bridge fees managed during my rental?

All vehicles in our premium fleet are equipped with an automated HGS transponder. You do not need to stop at toll booths. The total toll usage will be automatically calculated and deducted from your security deposit at the end of your rental period.

Can I pay for my vehicle deposit in foreign currency at the terminal?

Deposits are processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card in TRY. If you prefer to settle your final rental fees in cash using foreign currency, we recommend checking live rates at Currency Exchange to ensure you get the best conversion before paying at the desk.

Is it possible to pick up a car in Istanbul and drop it off in another city?

Yes, one-way rentals are fully supported across our network. You can pick up a luxury SUV at Istanbul Airport and drop it off at your resort booked via Holiday Hotels in Antalya or Izmir. A standard one-way drop-off fee will apply.
